Refund policy
Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Environment America Shop purchase, simply return item(s) for a full refund or exchange your item(s). Unwashed, unworn, and undamaged items with tags still attached can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of original purchase date.
Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. Refunds will be given in the same manner as the original transaction. When no proof of purchase is available, we refund the most recent price charged for items returned to us in the form of a store credit.
To return item(s), simply contact us at 1(800) 681-6860, or via email at shop@environmentamerica.org. Please allow seven (7-14) business days for your returns and exchanges to be processed.

Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for initial shipping charges.
Shipping charges for returned items and exchanges, as well as initial shipping fees are refunded only if:
the carrier loses the package
an item was shipped damaged or defective
an item was damaged during shipping
we sent you an incorrect item

Exchanges
Items can be exchanged unwashed, unworn, and undamaged within 60 days of original purchase date. Exchanges are subject to USPS shipping and handling fees. If you are exchanging your purchase for something else, we will apply your credit towards the new item(s) at their current price. Contact us at 1(800) 681-6860 or at shop@environmentamerica.org.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.If your shipping cost is non-refundable (see Shipping Charges above), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
